Justin Rosen Trilling is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. He received his doctorate from Northeastern University. Justin has worked directly for and with multiple orthopedic surgeons specializing in knees, shoulders, ankles, hips, necks, and backs before and after surgery. He has a broad variety of experience ranging from treating young children with various disabilities to caring for elderly patients dealing with Arthritis, Parkinson’s Disease and stroke. Justin has managed multiple large physical therapy clinics and has enjoyed working with MD’s, PA’s, nurses, chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists. Justin has done volunteer work including flying to Haiti to treat victims of the earthquake in 2010. He also is a coach at the Unity Games in Staten Island, which promotes religious and racial tolerance among children through basketball.
Elan David Araten is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who received his doctorate from Touro College. Elan has worked in all different fields of physical therapy. This includes General Medical, Neurological, Orthopedic and Geriatrics. He has focused on improving range of motion, muscle strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and walking patterns. He works on preventing falls along with assisting patients becoming functionally independent. Elan has worked in Assisted Living facilities providing one on one care, while showing kindness during his patient’s treatments. Elan had supervised a small outpatient physical therapy clinic before deciding to branch off into his own practice, where he could continue what he considered optimal care.
Irene and Kathy are the heart and soul of Prospect Physical Therapy. They are always there to greet you with a smile and to take care of your needs. From scheduling appointments to checking on benefits, these women are here for you. Irene and Kathy have been with Prospect Physical Therapy from the start of the practice. Kathy has taken notes from Irene (Justin's mother) and together have learned how to keep the two therapists in line. They are an integral part to the clinic functioning like a well oiled machine.
